The World Federation of ADHD and the Verein zur Durchführung Neurowissenschaftlicher Tagungen e. V. have commissioned CPO HANSER SERVICE with the organisation and execution of the conference. Registration for the conference and confirmation therefore forms a contract between the conference attendee and the World Federation of ADHD and the Verein zur Durchführung Neurowissenschaftlicher Tagungen e. V. regarding attendance at the conference. This contract is based on the following General Terms and Conditions.
Registration fees and payment for the 4th World Congress on ADHD
Please use the enclosed registration form to register for the Congress and all events. Return the form as soon as possible to the Congress Office CPO HANSER SERVICE. Attendance at the congress is subject to cost. The educational seminars will take place within the framework of the 4th World Congress on ADHD. A separate registration fee will be charged for these events in addition to the conference fee. Registration for the conference and booking of services are binding for the attendee. The fees must be paid in advance on the dates specified. Any bank charges will be charged to the payer. Registration will be confirmed if payment is received by the Congress Office by 13 May 2013. Should payments be received after this date, you will receive your confirmation at the Congress Counter in Milan. Please bring a copy of your bank remittance with you.
The first poster author must undertake to present the poster submitted at the conference. Registration of a poster simultaneously results in binding registration of the speaker to attend the conference. The registration fee must be paid together with the submission of the contribution. Cancellation of conference attendance is possible at no additional cost if the poster is rejected by the scientific committee. In this case, the full registration fee will be refunded.
If the author withdraws a contribution after its acceptance by the scientific committee, registration for the conference will be maintained and there will be no refund of the registration fees.
Cancellation of Congress Attendance
In the event that you cancel your attendance at the congress and the educational seminars by 03 April 2013, the registration fee minus a processing fee of EUR 80 will be refunded. No refund will be made if cancellation is made at a later date. Please notify the conference office of your cancellation in writing.
Programme Changes
The World Federation of ADHD and the Verein zur Durchführung Neurowissenschaftlicher Tagungen e. V. reserve the right to make any necessary changes to the programme at short notice. There will be no pro rata refund of registration fees for cancelled papers or changes to the programme.
In the event that educational seminars fail to take place due to cancellations by speakers, the registration fees for these practice seminars will be refunded. This will not apply – not even on a pro-rata basis – if the educational seminars are taken over by speakers other than those initially specified.
Loss of Name Badge
A fee of EUR 50 must be paid to acquire a new name badge in the event that the name badge, which at the same time entitles the holder to attend the congress, is lost. If the attendee is later able to produce the newly acquired and the previously lost name badge, the registration fee most recently paid will be refunded.

Regardless of course in law the liability of CPO HANSER SERVICE shall be limited to damages which are caused with aforethought or by gross negligence. No party involved shall be entitled to any compensation for damages that result from such alteration or cancellation.
