Glasgow Prestwick Airport is located in the south west oft he city center.
There´s a direct train link (duration 45 minutes) available to the Glasgow city center via > ScotRail
Further conntection is provided with coaches, e.g. Stagecoach (X77).
They depart from A79 bus stop and terminate at Buchanan Street Bus station in the city center of Glasgow.

From Edinburgh Haymarket or Waverly Station to Glasgow Queens Station there is a direct train link provided which operates every 15 minutes during the day (duration: approx. 50 minutes).

Glasgow is connected with several motorways in all directions. The M8 links to Edinburgh, M74 to England, M80 to Stirling and the West Coast of Scotland is accessible via M77.
The SECC is located close to next to M8.

There are two train stations located at Glasgow: The Central Station connects Glasgow with all cities in the UK. Next to the Central Station, the Queens Station is the connection point to visit all train destinations within Scotland.
About 20 train connections per day link Glasgow directly to London.
The duration is about 4 hours/10 minutes. A return ticket from/to London is about 26 British Pounds. With the „The Caledonian Sleeper“, ScotsRail provide an Over-night train connection to London.

"Exhibition centre station" is name of the train station next to the SECC.
The Central Station is connected with the SECC directly. The departure at Central Station is at platform 17 (lower level). The trains are operating every 10 minutes.
The train ride takes approx. 3 minutes.
